FMCG Sales Person Vacancy – Gaborone
We require an experienced FMCG sales professional for our spices, bakery and butchery operations in Gaborone. The ideal candidate brings proven sales success in fast-moving consumer goods to drive revenue and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive client outreach and product promotion in FMCG channels.
Manage stock orders, conduct market visits, and build lasting relationships with retailers and wholesalers.
Track sales performance, report on trends, and upsell beverages, meats, and related products effectively.
Essential Requirements Minimum 2 years’ hands-on FMCG sales experience.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Knowledge of local market dynamics, and a valid driver’s license preferred. NB own car will be an added advantage
Strong communication, reliability, and readiness to start immediately, based in Gaborone.
