Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Oversee daily F&B operations across restaurant, bar, conferencing, outside catering, and hotel school training kitchens.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with chefs to design menus that balance creativity, cost control, and guest satisfaction.
- Guest Experience: Ensure consistent delivery of 4-star service standards in all outlets.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor food and beverage costs, and drive profitability.
- Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate F&B teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Sales & Marketing: Develop promotions, packages, and partnerships to increase F&B revenue.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in Food & Beverage management, with at least 3 years in an upmarket 4-star hotel environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership, financial acumen, guest relations, and operational management. Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office.
- Attributes: Service-driven, innovative, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
