Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and host guests in both French and English, ensuring a warm, professional, and personalized experience
• Work closely with Camp Managers to coordinate daily guest activities and special requests
• Provide accurate and engaging translation between guests and lodge staff, including guides and camp staff.
• Act as the main liaison for French-speaking guests, ensuring clear communication throughout their stay
• Assist with check-in, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
• Accompany guests during activities or briefings when needed to support communication and enhance their experience
• Communicate guest preferences, feedback, and concerns to Camp Managers and relevant departments

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, or a similar role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with international guests
• Ability to work closely with Camp Management and adapt to a dynamic lodge environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
• Knowledge of safari operations, wildlife, or eco-tourism is an advantage
