The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our guests and a key part of creating a warm and welcoming experience. You will be responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations and inquiries, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service at all times.
You will also assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining guest records, preparing reports, answering calls and emails, and ensuring the front desk area is neat, organised and professional.
The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, reliable and able to work independently, especially during night shifts, while upholding the high standards of our boutique guesthouse.
Computer literacy is essential for this role.

Requirements
- Certificate in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field
- Experience in a boutique hotel or guesthouse is an added advantage
- Must already reside in Palapye (Khurumela Ward preferred)
- Must be willing to work shifts, primarily night shift
- Computer literate (MS Office, Email, Internet & Property Management Systems will be an advantage)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be available to start immediately
