Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for operating a variety of machinery; Front end loader & TLB operator.
  • Ability to safely operate the mechanisms for loading, compressing, and dumping.
  • Assures that assigned equipment is properly fuelled, equipped, lubricated, and serviced
  • Washes interior and exterior of assigned machine and reports needed repairs immediately.
  • Complete daily work orders efficiently & record information accordingly.
  • Ability to – communicate effectively orally and in writing; understand and carry out written and oral instructions.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, fellow employees, and the public.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years Front end loader & TLB operation experience with a reputable company
  • Class B / EC & H driver’s license
  • Minimum of BGCSE or equivalent to high school completion certificate
  • Outstanding operating skills.
  • Sound knowledge of waste management is an advantage
  • Diligent with great attention to detail
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
