Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily front office operations including reception, reservations, concierge, and guest relations
• Ensure delivery of outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction
• Supervise, train, and motivate front office team members
• Monitor room inventory, occupancy, and revenue opportunities
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and hospitality standards
• Prepare operational reports and manage departmental budgets
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in hotel front office operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/management role
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of revenue management principles is an added advantage
