Responsibilities amongst others will include:
(a) Ensure exceptional guest services is being provided by the Front Office team.
(b) Manage the seamless movement of guests in and around the hotel.
(c) Be incredibly friendly, customer-centric, love to smile and have knowledge of the local area.
(d) Provide a professional image at all times through appearances and dress
(e) Have two (2) or more years of Hotel customer service hotel supervisor/management experience and brand experience preferred
(f) Be able to discipline Front Office associates including desk clerks, night auditors etc
