# Cambridge or equivalent
# Tertiary qualifications relating to Front Office Management essential
# Five (5) years’ experience as a Front Office Manager in a 4 star establishment with 80 or more bedrooms
# Excellent knowledge of Opera Property Management System & Associated programs
# Must be able to maximise room sales whilst controlling expense
# Financial skills to control and manage the debtors and PM accounts
# Ability to add value to the client experience and manage associated staff
# Able to interact with local and international clientele as well as interact at a high level with local and international agents.
