Key Responsibilities
- Source and structure funding solutions for infrastructure, trade, energy, logistics, mining, agriculture, and development projects.
- Develop relationships with international investors, banks, fund managers, and development finance institutions.
- Identify qualified clients requiring funding, trade finance, or investment solutions.
- Structure financial transactions including debt, equity, project finance, syndicated finance, and Islamic finance.
- Prepare investment proposals, financial models, and funding documentation.
- Lead negotiations and successfully close investment and funding transactions.
- Expand the company’s international business portfolio and strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- Diploma In International Business and Marketing and Any Relevant Qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in international business development, investment, trade finance, or financial structuring.
- Demonstrated experience in client referrals, business development, negotiation, and successful deal closing.
- Strong understanding of project finance, structured finance, investment products, and international funding mechanisms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
- Experience working with international banks, investment funds, private equity firms, development finance institutions, or sovereign wealth funds.
- An established international network of investors and financial partners will be an added advantage.
