– Maintains a record of Government movable property taken in and out of the premises to prevent theft of Government property
– Search and records every vehicle coming in and going out of Government premises.
– Records in the diary all suspicious occurrences to assist in cases of theft and Burglary.
– Hoists the national Flag and lowers it at designated times.
– Checks all fences and enclosures for possible unauthorized access and ensures that the entire fencing is in a good state and reports any defects to the supervisor.
