Key Responsibilities
- Ensures that all in-coming and out-going stores are checked against vouchers and invoices.
- Maintains gate register for visitors
- Provide security services to Government staff by preventing unstable/dangerous individuals from entering Government premises.
- Patrolling Government premises before hand over to night watchmen to ensure that windows, doors and any other outlet are securely closed and locked.
- Direct visitors to the main entrance or reception/help desk
- Undertake any other related duties as assigned by management
