Key Responsibilities
- Feeding, watering and general care of livestock
- Assisting with rearing and basic treatment of animals
- Planting, watering, weeding and harvesting of animal feed crops
- General maintenance of fencing, roads and farm infrastructure
- Assisting with upkeep of water systems including dams, boreholes, pumps and pipelines
- Landscaping and maintenance of the farm compound
- Operating basic farm machinery and equipment safely
- Assisting with repair and maintenance of farm structures and supplies
- Carrying out any other farm duties as directed by management
Requirements
- Previous experience in a farming or agricultural environment is an advantage
