Responsible for the provision of operational support services to ensure that financial management and corporate governance is in accordance with MVA Fund Act 2007 and MVA Fund Regulations 2008 and international accounting standards, the efficient management of procurement and the supply chain, the implementation of best practice human capital strategies and interventions, prudent management of investment portfolio and efficient records management that effectively supports the service delivery standards of the Fund.

Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or related field plus a Masters Degree in any related field or International Accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA, BICA or CA).
- Membership of an international professional accountancy institution (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, BICA and ACA).
- At least 10 years of post-qualification experience with demonstrable senior management level experience in finance, human capital or investments.
