Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the provision of operational support services to ensure financial management and corporate governance in accordance with MVA Fund Act 2007 and MVA Fund Regulations 2008 and international accounting standards, efficient management of procurement and the supply chain, implementation of best practice human capital strategies and interventions, prudent management of investment portfolio and efficient records management that effectively supports service delivery standards of the Fund.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field plus a Masters Degree in any related field or International Accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA, BICA or CA);
  • Membership of an international professional accountancy institution.
  • At least 10 years of post-qualification experience with demonstrable senior management level experience in finance, human capital or investments;
  • Strong background of management of multifunctional departments/divisions including finance, human capital, investments, records management and procurement.
  • Core Competencies: Deciding and Initiating Action, Leading and Supervising, Adhering to Principles and Values, Relating and Networking, Persuading and Influencing, Formulating Strategies and Concepts, Coping with Pressures and Setbacks, Entrepreneurial and Commercial Thinking.
