We are looking for experienced and results-driven **General Managers** to based in Ghanzi and oversee multiple stores, ensuring operational efficiency, sales growth, and exceptional customer service across our FMCG retail stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage **multiple retail stores** within the assigned region.
- Drive **sales performance, profitability, and market share growth**.
- Ensure **operational compliance** with company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Optimize **inventory management, merchandising, and supply chain efficiency**.
- Train, mentor, and motivate **store managers and staff** to achieve targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify **business opportunities**.
- Maintain high standards of **customer satisfaction and brand reputation**.
- Implement **cost-control measures** without compromising quality.
Requirements
- **Minimum 15 years of experience in retail/FMCG management**, with at least **3-5 years in a regional/multi-store leadership role**.
- Strong understanding of **retail operations, sales strategies, and inventory control**.
- Proven ability to **analyze sales data, set KPIs, and drive performance**.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
