- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of field experience handling heavy earthmoving or drilling machine consumables
- Proven ability to monitor, measure, and analyse wear profiles on GET
- Skill in identifying causes of premature component failures, such as over-drilling, improper feed pressure, or structural fatigue.
- Product Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of major OEM GET lines
- Proficiency in MS Office software or similar, especially spreadsheets for analysis reporting
- Must have knowledge SHEQ management and control systems
