Meropa Resources invites interested Graduates for the below listed disciplines to apply for enrolment on a two-year Graduate Development Programme (GDP) to support key business functions and ensure a broad spectrum of talent within the Company. The programme aims to forge personal development into the most senior levels of management within the Organisation in the future. The Graduate Development Programme will also ensure skills transfer process and integration into the Meropa Resources business processes.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Mining, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation and Control, Mine Survey, Environmental Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Technology, SHE, Human Resources, Finance, Law and Procurement.
- Physically fit and ready to work in Open Pit, Open Cast and Underground mining environments and over demanding schedules and deadlines.
- Prospective Candidates who meet the above requirements must apply with certified copies of certificates and detailed CVs.
- Full details of their academic/professional qualifications, experience and at least two (2) referees.
