VACANCY 

Main Purpose of the Job

To successfully complete a wide spectrum of training on earthmoving equipment functions such as planning, preventative and repair maintenance, required quality, safety, cost control, risk management, etc.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in a Mechanical Engineering discipline.

• Computer literate and knowledgeable of mechanical and electrical schematics.

• Persuasive, methodical, and mechanical earthmoving equipment skills.

• Previous experience not a prerequisite but will be an added advantage.

• Good understanding of MQWM Act Chapter 44:02.

• Attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels are essential conditions.

• Outstanding time management and greater awareness.

• Should demonstrate preparedness and approach to take censure.

• Must be able to learn under pressure.

• Must have sober habits.

• Valid Class B driver’s license.

• Medically fit.

• Preparedness and commitment to learn within a wide spectrum of training on functions of earthmoving equipment and enthusiastic to provide assistance wherever possible.

• Follows on-the-job-training schedules, attends meetings, and other related training programs.

• Maintenance of good relationship with team members and other employees.

• Demonstration of high degree of effectiveness, thoroughness, and ability to come up with relevant initiatives for improvement.

• Should be able to follow instructions from supervisor.
