Key Responsibilities
- Organizing and coordinating internal and external training sessions, including scheduling rooms, booking equipment, ordering catering, and managing physical/virtual classroom setup.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee training records, including nomination forms, identity documents, attendance sheets, completion certificates and evaluation forms within the learning management system (LMS) or database
- Responding to employee enquiries about training schedules and requirements.
- Preparing and distribute training materials, such as manuals, handouts, presentations, and other supporting documentation.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding training schedules, registration, and general program information, providing a professional and courteous service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources with a major in Training & Development or Learning and Development or Workforce Development or Talent Management
- Should have graduated between 2020 and 2025
- Business Administration, Education, or related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with training or LMS software is an added advantage
- A valid class B driver’s license and good driving record is a must for all positions.
