GROUP ACCOUNTANT

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Reporting to the Group General Manager, the Credit and Operations Manager Reporting to the Group General Manager the Group Accountant will ensure accurate and timely financial
reporting by preparing financial statements, managing statutory compliance, and providing management information to meet business objectives and regulatory requirements. The Group
Accountant will coordinate budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis across multiple entities within a group to support strategic decision-making.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Accounting or related field.
• BICA registration.
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience with at least 2 years at supervisory level.
• Proven experience in financial services or microfinance will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks.
