Key Responsibilities

• Maintain full books of accounts for group entities
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and cost controls
• Manage supplier payments and oversee debtor collections
• Ensure accurate capture and reconciliation of financial records
• Prepare and submit statutory returns including VAT, PAYE, and other regulatory filings
• Ensure compliance with Botswana tax and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate financial records and reporting from operational sites in Palapye, Pilane, and Jwaneng

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, BICA, or CIMA will be an advantage
• Minimum 5 years relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax compliance, and accounting systems
• Experience managing accounts across multiple entities
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments will be an added advantage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain financial discipline
