Renal Care Institute is a specialized renal health clinic with a mandate of providing holistic care to patients with kidney diseases. We offer a wide array of services including consultative, diagnostic and haemodialysis treatment services for patients in all stages of kidney disease, from the earliest detectable changes in kidney function through end-stage kidney disease. We are therefore looking for new Candidates to join our growing and exciting team.

 

HAEMODIALYSIS NURSE

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

•To provide holistic and high-quality care to patients with kidney diseases, by exercising skill and knowledge in specialist areas of dialysis treatment
•Preparation of equipment for haemodialysis.
•Administer prescribed haemodialysis treatment.
•Provision of patient care during and after haemodialysis.

 

Qualifications & Attributes:

•Minimum of National Diploma in Nursing.
•Training as a Renal Nurse or in ICU nursing.
•Registration with the Botswana Nursing and Midwifery Council.

 

Experience:

•Over four (4) years of experience in providing care and management of Acute and Chronic Patients.
•Proficient in Cannulation, bio-hole creation and resuscitation
