Key Responsibilities
- Implement and grow the Alexforbes Life business solutions
- Give strategic input into the broader business strategy including growth plans, strategic revenue initiatives and new business initiatives.
- Build and maintain strategic, financial and operational relationships with key business heads within Alexforbes
- Structuring and management of strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Align plans with overall Group mandate and strategy
- Effective monitoring of projects and accountability for implementation
- Defining and driving key initiatives in the business, leading into broader strategic alignment
- Implement and monitor the people strategy in the business unit
Requirements
- CFA and relevant Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ Years financial services experience, including Investment (multi management) and investment advisory
- 7+ Years asset consulting experience
- Seasoned expert in specialised field: Investments (multi management); Operations and Client Channels.
- Strategic Innovative thinking and delivery
- Expert technical knowledge
- Possess a credible understanding of products, services and successful maintenance market-leading portfolio
- Possess an in depth understanding of client needs and behaviours
- Show track record of managing a complex operating model for client service
