The successful candidate will play a critical role in strengthening existing partnerships, creating new commercial opportunities and ensuring that our customers and partners experience exceptional value through innovative insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Company’s Bancassurance and Business Development strategy in line with growth objectives.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with banks, financial institutions and distribution partners.
- Create joint business plans that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and market penetration.
- Monitor partner performance against agreed targets, service levels and strategic objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned to the Company’s growth strategy.
- Develop strategic partnerships, affinity programmes and leverage distribution channels.
- Use market insights and competitor analysis to shape new propositions and commercial opportunities.
- Prepare business cases, proposals and commercial models to support growth initiatives.
- Own revenue, premium growth and profitability targets across assigned channels.
- Develop sales initiatives and campaigns that support business objectives.
- Track performance through data analysis, reporting and actionable insights.
- Work with Brand & Marketing, Claims, Marketing, Digital, Operations and Finance to deliver seamless customer and partner experiences.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience in insurance, banking, financial services, bancassurance, partnership management, business development or a related field.
- Proven track record in revenue growth, strategic relationship management and commercial execution.
- Experience in developing commercial proposals, partnership models and customer value propositions.
- Professional insurance qualification such as COP, ACII, FCII or equivalent.
- Postgraduate qualification such as an MBA is an added advantage.
