Leads kitchen operations to deliver consistent, high-quality meals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee food preparation, menu execution, and dietary requirements.
- Manage kitchen staff, daily planning, and performance.
- Control food ordering, stock, wastage, and supplier quality.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Requirements
- Culinary Diploma.
- Valid Food Handler’s Certificate.
- Minimum 5 years’ kitchen management experience.
- Strong leadership and cost-control skills.
