The Head, Financial Control & Reporting leads the organisation’s complex financial reporting, financial control, and compliance functions, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and transparency of financial information. The role plays a central role in strengthening financial governance and supporting informed decision-making by Executive Management and the Board.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional qualification is mandatory.
- Master’s Degree added advantage
- Minimum 10 years’ progressive experience in financial management, reporting, and control functions.
- Proven experience managing financial reporting frameworks, audits, and compliance processes.
- Experience working within complex organisations or capital-intensive environments.
