Job Title: HEAD INSTRUCTOR/FACILITATOR
Role Purpose:
To manage the Botswana Training Camp, facilitate and assess a variety of Wildlife and Safari Guide Courses, and provide an inspirational, immersive learning experience to reconnect people with nature in line with the course curriculum and company values.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Botswana Training Camp.
- Facilitate and assess a variety of Wildlife and Safari Guide Courses (accredited with the Botswana Qualifications Authority (BQA), Field Guides Association of Southern Africa (FGASA) and others).
- Provide an inspirational, immersive learning experience to reconnect people with nature.
- Deliver the best possible learning experience to students in line with the course Curriculum and reflect Company values.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of Guiding experience.
- Guide License from the Botswana Wildlife Conservation and National Parks as a Professional Guide.
- A relevant qualification from the Botswana Wildlife Training Institute and /or Botswana Qualifications Authority (BQA) is required.
