Position: Head Mechanic & Workshop Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair petrol & diesel vehicles
• Supervise daily workshop operations
• Fully control required in DATA inventory and in stock audit.

» Experience with inventory management

• Ensure quality of service and timely completion of all repairs
• Maintain service records and customer logs
• Communicate with customers regarding repair status and cost estimates
• Oversee workshop safety and cleanliness
• Conduct test drives and technical inspections
• Maintain tools, machinery, and workshop equipment
• Report low stock and prepare reorder lists

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years experience as a mechanic
• Strong diagnostic and technical skills
• Ability to supervise a team
• Knowledge of vehicle electronics and modern systems
• Ability to maintain detailed records and stock logs
• Honest, responsible, and hardworking
• Must be able to work without supervision
