- NCQF Level 8 qualification (Master’s, Postgraduate Diploma or Bachelor’s Honours) in Culinary Arts, Hospitality & Tourism Management, Hospitality Management or a closely related field.
- NCC Chef Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts from a recognised institution.
- 3-5 years’ professional kitchen experience at Executive Chef, Sous Chef or senior culinary level.
- Tertiary teaching/lecturing experience will be an advantage.
- A passionate culinary professional with strong industry experience, knowledge of international culinary trends and excellent communication and teaching skills.
