Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Bank’s internal and external communications strategy
• Manage brand positioning, reputation, and media engagement
• Drive marketing initiatives that support customer acquisition, product uptake, and digital growth
• Provide customer insights to inform product and campaign development
• Ensure consistency of brand and messaging across all touchpoints
• Align local marketing initiatives with Group frameworks and standards
• Oversee the delivery of marketing campaigns, events, and brand activities
• Lead and develop the marketing team to deliver against business objectives

Requirements

• Strategic thinking and commercial awareness
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
• Reputation management
• Leadership and team development
• Experience in financial services or a regulated environment preferred
• Exposure to multi-market environments advantageous
• 8+ years, with experience at senior level
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Marketing will be an added advantage
