Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all organisational programmes and advocacy initiatives.
- Lead the development and implementation of departmental strategies, annual operational plans, and organisational workplans aligned with LEGABIBO’s Strategic Plan.
- Serve as a member of the Senior Management Team and contribute to organisational strategy, planning, governance, and institutional development.
- Provide overall oversight of programme implementation, ensuring quality, impact, accountability, and compliance with donor requirements.
- Supervise programme planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, learning, and reporting.
- Strengthen programme systems and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective coordination across programme portfolios, including health, advocacy, policy, legal reform, community mobilisation, research, and monitoring and evaluation.
