Education Infrastructure and Management Company Limited (EIMC) is a wholly government-owned SPV established to centralise, professionalise, modernise, and sustainably manage public school infrastructure and associated support services. In line with its mandate, EIMC will be responsible, inter alia, for the refurbishment, expansion, digitalisation, modernisation, and professional management of public-school infrastructure and related facilities. The Head, Transformation is responsible for leading the organisation’s transformation agenda by translating strategy into structured programmes that drive organisational efficiency, capability development, and sustainable performance improvement. The role ensures that transformation initiatives are effectively designed, coordinated, and implemented across all business functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- Postgraduate qualification in Strategy, Organisational Development, or related field (advantageous).
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in transformation, strategy execution, or programme management.
- Experience leading large-scale organisational change initiatives.
- Experience in public sector or infrastructure environments (advantageous).
- Experience engaging with Executive and Board-level stakeholders.
