Micure Clinic is seeking a dedicated and professional Healthcare Assistant (Phlebotomy) to support our clinical team in providing clinical care, phlebotomy, and aesthetic procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform venepuncture and blood collection
- Prepare and administer IV drips as prescribed
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Assist medical practitioners during treatments and procedures
- Register patients and manage patient files on the Health information management system
- Maintain cleanliness, sterilisation, and readiness of treatment rooms
- Ensure patient comfort, confidentiality, and excellent customer service
- Perform aesthetic procedures and corporate wellness activities after appropriate training
Requirements
- Certificate in Healthcare Auxiliary / Healthcare Assistant or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a clinical environment
- Proven experience in phlebotomy and IV therapy
- Computer literacy (experience with patient management systems is an advantage)
- Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and work ethic
- Experience in a private clinic or aesthetic practice (Added Advantage)
- Interest or training in skin treatments or IV therapy (Added Advantage)
- Valid driver’s licence (Added Advantage)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain (Added Advantage)
