John Mackenzie School is an independent, co-educational English medium school situated in Francistown, Botswana. The school was established in 1899 and has a history spanning almost 127 years. We offer Cambridge Primary Checkpoint, IGCSE, AS and A Levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Accounting and Business Studies to Form ones, IGCSE, Advanced Subsidiary and Advanced Level students
- Deliver engaging lessons and develop lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles.
- Maintain a safe, respectful and organized learning environment.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress to drive up academic standards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, participate in professional development and build strong partnerships with parents and guardians.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Education or relevant subject area.
- Proven experience in high school teaching
- Experience in teaching Accounting and Business Studies at IGCSE, AS and Advanced Level is a must.
- Good communication and leadership skills
