Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute structured training programs covering customer service, hospitality best practices, housekeeping, front-of-house operations, and safety protocols.
- Customize training sessions to address lodge-specific needs and challenges.
- Utilize interactive learning methodologies to engage employees and maximize retention.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to staff, promoting growth in their hospitality skills and enhancing their commitment to guest service.
- Provide hands-on guidance and one-on-one coaching to enhance service delivery skills.
- Identify and nurture high-potential employees for leadership development.
- Regularly audit service & housekeeping teams within the lodges, assessing performance and compliance with service standards, and Conduct regular audits and mystery guest evaluations to assess service quality and adherence to company standards
- Monitor progress through training impact assessments and key performance indicators (KPIs), constructive feedback to the service and standards department.
- Collaborate with lodge management to analyze skill gaps and operational challenges.
- Develop tailored training plans to address performance deficiencies.

Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Training or a related field.
- Certified Trainer accreditation
- Minimum five (5) years’ work experience in similar environment
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize training needs, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work well within a team.
- Hospitality Expertise: Extensive knowledge of hospitality operations, service excellence, and industry trends.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to identify gaps in service delivery and training needs.
- Food & Beverage Knowledge: Solid understanding of food and beverage management, with experience in restaurant operations being advantageous
