Requirements

  • At least a diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management (for Hotel Manager)
  • At least a BGCSE or its equivalence, and a Certificate in Tourism and Hospitality Management (for Front Desk Officers)
  • At least 5 years in a managerial role in a reputable tourism establishment (for Hotel Manager)
  • At least 5 years’ post qualification experience in a reputable tourism establishment (for Front Desk Officers)
