The individual puts hygiene first, in line with our standards and protocols. The role is responsible for cleaning, laundry, general upkeep, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
- Regularly cleans all allocated areas to ensure hygienic facilities and delight our customers
- Maintains a safe, sanitary, and organised work environment.
- Conducts daily and regular inspections of guests’ rooms, offices, public areas, bathrooms, back of the house to ensure cleanliness.
- Provides laundry services in a busy hotel using various equipment
- Executes all duties in line with safety and occupational health protocols
- Monitors housekeeping inventory for the rooms
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure.
- Must be a team player and willing to learn.
- Must be willing to work long extended hours to respond to our client needs
Requirements
- BGCSE or Junior Certificate.
- 2-3 Years’ experience in housekeeping in an established hospitality setting
- Understanding of hotel management processes and systems.
- Fluent in both English and Setswana.
