To provide strategic and operational leadership for the Human Resources Services function by ensuring the effective delivery of recruitment, employee relations, industrial relations, workforce planning, performance management, employee administration, localization, talent management, and HR compliance services across underground mining operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Human Resources Services function across underground and surface mining operations.
- Coordinate manpower planning and workforce forecasting activities.
- Provide guidance and support on disciplinary matters, grievances, investigations, and dispute resolution.
- Drive the implementation of performance management systems and employee development initiatives.
- Support implementation of localization and citizen empowerment initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Labour Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years’ progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources Management, Labour Relations, Business Administration, or Organizational Development will be an added advantage.
- Membership of a recognized Human Resources professional body will be advantageous.
- Previous experience within mining, construction, heavy industry, manufacturing, or large-scale operational environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing unionized workforces and industrial relations matters.
- Experience in workforce mobilization, localization, expatriate management, and project-based operations will be highly advantageous.
