Key Responsibilities
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration/Industrial relations or related field
- Sound knowledge of Botswana labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR management systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 5-8 years of Human Resources experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Previous experience in the construction, engineering or related industry will be an added advantage
- Experience in managing a diverse workforce, including site employees, skilled labour, and administrative staff.
- Sound experience in handling disciplinary processes, grievance management, and conflict resolution in line with Botswana labour legislation.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee welfare initiatives
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities across various project sites
