Our client in diamond industry is looking for a HR Officer who will be responsible for implementing human resource policies, managing recruitment and selection, administering employee records, ensuring labour law compliance, and supporting overall workforce performance and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and update job descriptions and employment contracts
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and induction programs
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Administer payroll inputs, leave records, and employee benefits
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
  • Manage disciplinary procedures and grievance handling
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes
  • Coordinate staff training and development initiatives
  • Monitor employee attendance, turnover, and HR metrics
  • Coordinate recruitment and selection processes (job postings, screening, interviews, reference checks)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3 years and above experience in HR or related role
  • Knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices
