Evaluate and manage the HSSE performance in the line of business requirements and monitor the implementation of the HSSE MS, to improve and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the RT, ERP and Crisis Management Plans, supporting the Company HSSE Manager in its testing and execution.
- Develop fit-for-purpose Emergency Response Plans for all Road Transport and Depot Operations and plan their testing and execution.
- Assist the contractors to develop and manage a fit-for-purpose HSSE Management System, implement it, and prepare the legal register.
- Monitor the implementation of Group Standards.
- Support the depot team in developing and maintaining the HSSE aspects of the depot operating procedures.
- Play a leading role in reporting, investigations, and report writing for all incidents in the line of business, and keep a Remedial Action Plan tracking system.

- Good understanding of Risk Management Framework.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any related field.
- 3+ years post-qualification relevant work experience.
- Sound knowledge of Road Transport Operations and Depot Operations.
- Understanding of HSSE Issues and Practices.
- Demonstrated ability in managing change and relationships with people, especially Government bodies and other key stakeholders.
- Professional training in process safety and risk management will be an added advantage.
- Valid Driver’s License.
