Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HSSEQ governance, compliance and implementation of HSSEQ strategies, policies and procedures
  • Drive risk assessments, hazard identification, incident investigations and root-cause analysis
  • Lead HSSEQ audits, inspections and compliance monitoring
  • Development and delivery of HSSEQ training, induction and awareness programmes
  • Strengthen behavioural safety, accountability and continuous improvement
  • Lead emergency preparedness, drills and business continuity initiatives
  • Prepare HSSEQ dashboards, reports and performance insights
  • Lead and develop the HSSEQ team while managing resources effectively

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Safety Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health or a related field
  • 7+ years HSSEQ experience, with at least 3 years management experience
  • Experience in logistics, transport, industrial, energy or related operational environments
  • Professional certification will be an added advantage
