Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department.
- Ensure compliance with all Botswana labour laws and employment regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Monitor attendance, leave, disciplinary processes, and other HR activities.
- Prepare HR reports and provide workforce insights to management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Support training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Botswana citizen.
- Degree in Human Resources Management.
- Strong knowledge and practical understanding of Botswana labour laws.
- Minimum 5 years’ HR management experience preferred.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Strong administrative, organisational, and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to track, manage, and report on all HR activities accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Salary
