The Botswana Football Association (BFA) invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and motivated individuals for the position of Human Resources Officer. Reporting to the General Secretary, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Association’s human resource function and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR information systems.
- Administer employee benefits, leave, and performance management processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and organisational policies.
- Coordinate staff training, development, and wellness initiatives.
- Provide HR advisory and administrative support to management and staff.
- Support disciplinary, grievance, and employee relations processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
- A recognised professional HR qualification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a human resources role.
- Sound knowledge of Botswana labour legislation and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
- High levels of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Must be available to assume duty immediately.
