Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management or Training & Development, Organisational Development, Industrial Psychology or related field
- A postgraduate qualification in any of the above will be an added advantage.
- Professional certification and membership of a recognised HR professional body desirable.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience with practical experience in recruitment and selection & learning and development.
