Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for ICT support, assisting students, faculty, and staff with technical issues and enquiries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems, escalating complex issues to senior ICT staff when necessary.
  • Manage and monitor helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolution of tickets.
  • Assist in maintaining the College’s network, systems, and operations.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and upkeep of hardware and software components.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the planning and implementation of projects.
  • Assist with inventory management of ICT assets, including tracking and auditing hardware and software.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related program.
  • Professional certifications e.g. CCNA, Network+, A+ is desirable.
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
