Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or any related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in system administration, IT project coordination, and support of enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HR, or Finance modules).
- Proficiency in system configuration, documentation, functional testing, and incident resolution.
- Strong coordination skills to support consultants, manage user schedules, and facilitate change management activities.
- Ability to mitigate single-developer dependency and ensure business continuity.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., SysAid) and reporting dashboards (e.g. Power BI) is advantageous.
