Key Responsibilities
- Lead/assist negotiations, shop-floor engagement, and consultative forums.
- Manage grievances, disciplinary cases, Conciliation, Mediation and Abritration processes as applicable.
- Training, Coaching supervisors on IR procedures; maintain case records and metrics.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in IR/HR/Law; 7+ years IR in unionised sector.
- Strong mediation, investigation, and documentation skills.
- Botswana labour legislation knowledge; Setswana/English fluency.
