Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line desktop, hardware, software, and network related issues.
- Log, track and resolve incidents using the IT service desk system.
- Assist users with password resets, account access, and troubleshooting.
- Set up workstations such as desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint) in order to contribute to excellent customer services to internal staff.
- Escalate unresolved problems to senior IT support.
- Complete other information technology tasks as assigned.
- Participate actively in the Implementation of ISO and Kaizen programs.
- Any other duties related to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Should be studying towards a Degree in Information Technology/Information Systems or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Sound knowledge in IT technical support and Microsoft suite of packages.
- Creative and Analytical thinking as well as good planning and organizing skills.
