ISO & QUALITY INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING MANAGER
Role Purpose
To lead quality assurance and compliance initiatives. This pivotal role ensures that manufacturing processes meet international standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems.
- Oversee quality assurance programs, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive compliance, efficiency, and operational excellence. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to industry standards and customer specifications.
- Train and mentor staff on quality procedures, standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align quality objectives with business goals.
Requirements
- Must have a National Certificate or Diploma in Saiw Welding and fabrication and magnetic Particle Inspection Certificate or related field.
- Proven experience in quality management within industrial manufacturing with at least (10) ten or more years.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be IRIS certified.
- Ability to manage audits, certifications, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage.
